Our clients are responsible for:

▪ Providing a budget, no matter how approximate, because it will enable our designers to provide the right materials at the best price.

▪ Providing access to electricity and water at your cost.

▪ Ensuring satisfactory access to the site for personnel and machinery.

▪ Agreeing days and times when we can access the site.

▪ Ensuring that planning permissions are current, satisfy current regulations and are free of any boundary disputes or access restrictions.

Things to look out for.

▪ When your garden is completed it will require proper maintenance.

▪ All materials on site remain the property of Bee Landscaped until payment is received in full.

▪ Any underground services or obstructions revealed by visual inspection may require extra work at extra cost.
